This is my second Bucilla applique kit that I have purchased. All in one package: reference, instructions, threads, needles, sequins, beads, felt. The kit requires a lot of guesswork on how to craft these items. If there's one piece of advice I can recommend for this project, it's 1) read the instructions first, 2) separate your materials, and 3) buy some polyfill for the recommended parts to add size. The instructions say to cut off the thread, so you can do that and use an index card or a piece of cardboard with holes in it to tie off the thread. I used a small multi-compartment container to separate the sequins and beads. If you make a mistake Do not be discouraged. There are times when I've used the wrong color beads or thread, but it worked. In the worst case, you will have to buy additional things, but they will not cost much in the nearest fabric store. The cons of this project are that the outlines on the red felt (which are white) are a little light/hard to see and the instructions can be a little confusing but doable. Other than that, this is a great set. Have fun! that the outlines on the red felt (which are white) are a little light/hard to see and the instructions can be a little confusing but doable.
