The customer service has been great! They have helped us build out our custom features so far without hesitation or questions about how we are doing it as compared for other companies I've worked w/ in my career (15 yrs).
We haven't even got into building some new functionality yet - but they're already looking at ways that will help take advantage from this tool going forward too once implemented!! There's not much you need right now until your team starts coming up wit hsome ideas themselves around what could be done better within PBs system? Get ready though because there'll come time when everything comes together smoothly & then all those little issues melt away like snowflakes after spring rain :D Make sure everyone knows who handles PR before making any changes / feature requests etc.. This should go well if someone takes ownership over getting things moving faster than normal during setup process while ensuring quality control throughout development period.
