Non-stick, very uncomfortable
I couldn't get it to stay on the phone case. And yes, I even used an alcohol pad first and let it dry before trying to glue it. I've been trying to get used to it to see if once attached it works the way I was hoping. it was very uncomfortable and tight. I thought it was tight but flexible, but it was like trying to slip your finger under a rubber band that's already stretched around something that's close to its limit.
