Review on 🔊 AIYIMA Tube T2 6J1 Tube Preamplifier: HiFi Bluetooth 5.0 Vacuum Tube Preamp by Angela Jackson

It worked fine for about 2 months when connected to my LG phone and MacBook Pro 2015 via bluetooth. When I upgraded my laptop to a newer MacBook, I couldn't get it to find Aiyima, so I literally tried everything on the Mac to make it discover Bluetooth devices (remember, I was a former Apple Certified Technician ). It drove me crazy, I almost thought I bought a broken Macbook. I tried to connect my Samsung tablet bought in 2020 and it couldn't find the damn Ayama either. So I did all the usual troubleshooting steps for Aiyama (turning power on and off in every possible switch position, even changing the lightbulbs because I thought it might help, removing and re-adding the antenna). I wasted so much on their terrible customer service. They want photos, steps and even videos like they don't believe you. Admit it, this is a marriage and they still don't want to change it, even if it was guaranteed. If it were more expensive, I would be annoyed. Is there some sort of limit to the 2 devices that can be connected to? I didn't want to remove/forget it from my phone only to find that I couldn't find it discoverable like all new devices. The product is rubbish I understand but the customer support really makes this purchase terrible. DO NOT BUY.
