They work with furniture pads

I tried several other types of legs to keep the dining room chairs from scratching our hardwood floor but none of them worked. install (in my case you drill holes in the bottom of each leg of each chair). So far they're doing their job and once you've drilled the holes they should be easy to replace if needed. Basically I'm satisfied so far.
