I bought this for our trip to Cancun with our 3 month old and it worked great. I was surprised to see so many people with children at our resort but no one else had them and they all left their children in the strollers in the pool all the time. It was 90 degrees outside, so it was uncomfortable for her kids to sit in a hot stroller all day. I've been approached by so many moms and resort staff asking about the tent and saying it's such a good idea. I don't think he has UV protection so we left him in the shade all the time but he really liked having a bit of space to run around and take a nap. I couldn't figure out how to close it as the instructions on the backing are confusing, but luckily I found a YouTube video and mastered the art of folding these things before our trip.
