The customer service was great! They were very helpful with my questions about how to use it in our store as well when I purchased for other stores within chain of ours!! It's so easy now because we don't have any problems anymore if something goes wrong or doesn’t work properly like before.
Easy software but not necessarily user friendly at first glance - need some training from management/support staff who are knowledgeable regarding this product (it really does take time). We've also had issues connecting via WiFi which can be frustrating during peak times especially since there isn' t much else going around while you're trying connect up etc.. This helps us monitor things such an inventory levels by department without having someone sit down everyday & just go through manually entering data every day into excel spreadsheet type documents.- Allows managers more freedom than they would normally get out off their employees hands once set schedules done online instead needing them physically check items themselves.
