Great platform if your organization uses lots

Easy to use by both techs or users. I like how you can easily see what's running at any time. It also keeps track of everything including all computers in my domain as well as servers and desktops. That part was kind of hard for me to get used to because there are so many options, but the more you learn about it, the easier it gets! There really isn't anything I dislike other than maybe some people have gotten frustrated with how long it sometimes takes to complete tasks, however, this could be

  • Has multiple features that help ease daily job functions (such an asset management)
  • Allows tracking through emails sent via email clients such Outlook & Gmail.
  • Can log into mobile app which helps when not sure where your computer is located makes finding problems much quicker/easier :)

Great tool that keeps your staff accountable

The ability to track our computers down to the second! It's easy for anyone to use since it has an intuitive UI. Occasionally we have issues with the software not loading properly but they make sure you get help quickly if needed. There are some quirks here and there (some can be fixed by contacting support) but overall this system works well. We've used other systems in the past but found them lacking when compared to Cronitor. It allows us to track devices/computers as well as employees. This

Great product but requires some training

The customer service was great! They were very helpful with my questions about how to use it in our store as well when I purchased for other stores within chain of ours!! It's so easy now because we don't have any problems anymore if something goes wrong or doesn’t work properly like before. Easy software but not necessarily user friendly at first glance - need some training from management/support staff who are knowledgeable regarding this product (it really does take time).
