The 16 inch room fan is even louder. Although the sound of this fan and the volume at the maximum setting are not pleasant (though not unbearable). Speed and off, a button on the back Rotation is a good feature I prefer a cord that isn't connected to the device in case I need more length or a replacement, but at least it doesn't get lost kawaii cat ears. I would have preferred pink but bought white because it was cheap. Is it better than Daiso's $4 USB fan? I do not know. They have no rotation and all sales are final. So technically yes. I really want a fan that spins on 2 axes, not just one, so that doesn't fit the label. My goal was to pay less so it would be nice to put a battery somewhere to use it wirelessly, add a bit of weight to the base but not suitable for my purpose. As a portable fan that can be placed on a table, in a car, etc., it is in good condition.
