The adult conversion is wrong - I also received a clearly worn pair.
Shoes were nice but too big - adult to child conversion was wrong, I suggest downsizing by 2 full size not 1.5. The shoes were obviously worn and returned. Hair was wrapped in shoelaces and there was no paper in the shoes. disappointed and will be back.
