Sizes for women vs big kids

My daughter wears a women's size 8, but we had to go for a size 5.5 so that bigger children could get the same size. The chart on the website says to order 6.5 but it was too big.

Very poor quality in my rating

I bought these because they were recommended as durable and supportive shoes for kids with toe tilt and overpronation. I bought them in a large size to fit my child's small arches which she could use without taking the insoles out of these shoes. She has slightly wide feet. The adult conversion is wrong - I also received a clearly worn pair.

Shoes were nice but too big - adult to child conversion was wrong, I suggest downsizing by 2 full size not 1.5. The shoes were obviously worn and returned. Hair was wrapped in shoelaces and there was no paper in the shoes. disappointed and will be back.

New Balance shoes come in Regular, Wide and Extra Wide. My granddaughter has to wear a splint on her right leg. We need to buy 2 pairs of shoes. Attention buyers in my review

I ordered size 3 wide. The shoes did not come in the original packaging. The shoe has a label that says "wide" but the permanent label clearly says "M" on the tongue. If it were a wide shoe, it would have a "W" on it. My girl has cerebral palsy and has to wear braces on her legs. I need to be a wide shoe size for the suspenders to fit. I paid $75 for shoes I can't wear with her braces. They are very cute, the only reason for two stars instead of one.

Great for bones! The most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! Why were they hired?!?!

I am a 45 year old female with small but wide feet due to bursitis. It is extremely difficult to find shoes that fit the width of my foot but are not too wide at the heel. The neoprene heel is amazing! These shoes are without a doubt the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I have worn and tried many, many, many types of running and tennis shoes. Well if New Balance could turn these shoes into tennis and pickleball shoes I would probably buy every last one!

Not well made and not worth the price

I ordered these for my 4 year old son and they didn't last at all! They wore well for the first week and didn't last after that. I bought them about two months ago and they look like they are two years old. One of the strings of the shoelace was completely snapped in half. The shoes are not worth the price.
