The New Balance Fresh Foam 860 V11 kids' shoe offers great support and cushioning. Rear heel wraps the ankle for a custom fit. They are strong yet flexible. You can feel the quality of the materials, although they are not waterproof or durable. We always disinfect children's shoes before putting them on. This extends their service life and protects them from dirt. I find New Balance shoes to wash well and I don't mind spending more on running shoes that will extend the life of my kids. Both of my daughters wear these shoes and both comment on how comfortable they are. The colors are dark purple, white with a pink tint. They really go with almost every outfit you wear. They are very versatile and I definitely recommend these shoes.
