I have been rinsing my mouth with a burning liquid for many years. It helped with my gingivitis, but I had to deal with the burn, so I tried a few non-burn types. Tom's of Maine and then XCLEAR. I chose XCLEAR because it contains Xyitol to reduce tooth decay and help treat my gingivitis. Personally, this and Tom's of Maine work well for me, but I feel like I need XCLEAR more. It improves the condition of my gums, they are now a healthy pink color and my teeth are in good condition. Now my teeth are getting whiter every day because I use Desert Essence tea tree oil toothpaste and also brush with a baking soda paste mix. I love everything about this conditioner except for two things: it's a little pricey but cheaper if you buy in bulk. My overall rating is 4.6 stars, rounded up to 5 stars. I removed a small amount for two main reasons. Overall I find it helps me improve the health of my gums and teeth. If you want to improve your dental health, consider this mouthwash.
