I love that you can easily create shift schedules in advance to save yourself some stress at busy times of year or during big events like holidays! The interface is easy for new people who aren't very tech-savvy but still want an effective tool - it's intuitive enough so they don't have much trouble figuring things out once their comfortable with using this software (which isn't too long). There are also lots of great resources online if there ever comes up something not clear when creating your schedule.
