I like the fact that I can see all the shifts I have coming up. I can also set reminders for them. I also like that I can see my performance rating. The ability to see my hours worked and my bonus is also helpful. The ability to see the number of shifts I need to work on to reach my weekly target is also helpful. I really like that you can schedule your own hours and set up vacation times very easily. It's easy to get used to how it works and make necessary changes as needed. Also love being able to send out invoices online for free! There are some things in the software which could be changed so there is no need to use an outside app or service such as Quickbooks Online anymore. The biggest benefit is that it's easy to keep up-to date with what my team members are working through at any one point in their project lifecycle. I also like being able to see progress made by each of our employees as they move towards completion. I love that you can easily create shift schedules in advance to save yourself some stress at busy times of year or during big events like holidays! The interface is easy for new people who aren't very tech-savvy but still want an effective tool - it's intuitive enough so they don't have much trouble figuring things out once their comfortable with using this software (which isn't too long). The best thing about this app is that it allows me to manage all my employee's schedules in one place! It also helps keep everyone organized with their shift changes, vacation requests etc. I dislike how you have to log back into makeshift everytime after logging out of your computer or phone.
