I have a Kent 2.6 Tandem Bike that my wife and I ride 30 miles per week. The added weight of two people puts more wear and tear on the brake pads than my traditional set up. I was looking forward to these new pads because our old pads had grown to squeal on aggressive application. These new pads have great traction and are absolutely noiseless! They were very easy to switch out and come with the required allen wrench, even though it is a standard size that you probably already have in your repair kit. I'm not sure why these come in a six pack, but having a couple extra pads laying around could prove beneficial. Even if it were a four pack, the price would be excellent for the value. I would highly recommend these brake pads.
