My aunt has a very bad tremor. It mimics Parkinson's disease. She found it terribly difficult to hold the phone and make calls. The buttons on the other phone were too small. The buttons on this phone are large and she can program speed dial so she only has to press a simple button to make a call. She can also put me on speakerphone to avoid dropping the phone on the floor or her fingers accidentally pressing buttons during a call and sometimes freezing, unaware that she would then have to repeat the whole process all over again. This phone has taken away so many disappointments from her and me.
