I've only used it once so can't comment on hair growth yet but my hair seems clean and healthy. It's amazing how LIGHTER my hair feels. It's like my hair has wax deposits from other products that aren't there anymore. The application takes some getting used to if you have used products with sulfates in the past. They don't lather right away, so you really have to work to get results. So far it seems worth it. I will let you know in the future if this helps my thinning hair. Add to that a month later: I don't see nearly as much shedding while showering or brushing, and I'm seeing some new growth. So far, so good!
