Today is my first day with this humidifier. Only the side connection at the angle works. Fog does not come out of the top hole. Due to the configuration of my desk I was planning to only use the side angle connector BUT the fact that the top connector doesn't even work really makes me wonder about the quality of the product. Since I bought a dual port humidifier, I expected both to work. Only one does. 3 stars for now because it does what I need it to do even though it's not fully functional. I'm using the first day so I can't say how long it will last. I will update my review after some time. **UPDATE** I've been using the humidifier for almost 2 months and it has gone from 3 stars to 5 stars. At some point the upper port started working randomly. It emits less fog than a side port but still works. I run it in interleaved mode so it alternates between the side port and the top port and it works fine. I've noticed that with constant use of the side port, significant drops of moisture get onto anything nearby. Operating the humidifier with changing settings eliminates this problem. **SECOND UPDATE** Downgraded to 2 stars as the humidifier proved unreliable. When I tried to turn it on this morning, it didn't work at all. No fog came out of any of the ports (although the green Power LED at the top was lit). Then he began randomly sending fog out of the side port. Fog no longer escapes from the upper opening. Considering that. I'm not sure how long it will work. It's been 2 months and 2 days since I received the humidifier. I assume it will last longer.
