Let me say I'm not a "jack of all trades" so I'll put that comment first. When you actually buy this product you will be totally amazed at how great it really is. I actually had two people estimate the price, one for $400 and the other for $500. Birmingham proves to be a very ELEGANT looking piece of furniture and seems to remain as solid as it is now, fully laden with files. In fact, when I received it fully assembled after looking at it, I toyed with the idea of buying another one to use as a dresser. YES guys, that's so cute. I anticipated this by I said I'm not a practical person. If you actually buy this product, I urge you to "take your time." And if something doesn't make sense or doesn't fit your vision, PLEASE! Call support. them 3 times. And each time these ladies who helped me with my problem were MUCH MORE polite! They didn't push me. The conversation went something like this. Me: That part isn't there. .Serv.: Yes, see it there Me: I did it, it's not there Cust Serv : Turn it over and look over there Me: IT IS THERE, how could I be so stupid Cust.Serv: Well, this is your first device. Please don't worry, we're here to help if you ever KO customer service ntacted where you were "less than red" I know that feeling too Say Bush furniture is the BEST SERVICE you will ever come across!No matter how stupid you think your question is, they are here to help you until the product is fully assembled, RIGHT!
