It was too heavy for the person who delivered it. I suspect that's why a corner of one piece broke off. Luckily it was the back wall and is not visible. I have no idea how much of a headache it will be to get that back. (Update: One screw was bad but no extra)

I like the look of this product. arrived with no damaged surfaces and all components have been considered. Disappointed however due to the build requirements. The Revain page stated that no assembly is required. I considered returning it but decided the need for it outweighed the three hours lost assembling it.

💕 I love this two drawer cabinet so much. It's so strong, strong and beautiful. Absolutely worth every penny. We even made a mistake putting the back on and really damaged it. We called the number on the 'warning card' and they sent us a new return free of charge. You don't get such excellent service these days. Will definitely buy Bush products in the future ❤️

The product is well thought out but consists of a few dozen parts and is quite heavy. But chipboard/laminate is heavy. Statements are "image-based" statements that don't have real dialog, but work. This filing cabinet is very beautiful and practical. It complements the look of my new home. Another great feature is the cabinet locks if you are trying to open two drawers at once, which prevent the cabinet from tipping over. Great feature! The problem was that the wardrobe had arrived. The box was completely broken because they used the US Postal Service for shipping and therefore the top piece of wood was broken off. In addition, there were several missing and broken parts in the packaging.

I've read some reviews complaining about damaged parts but can't imagine how they got damaged other than being run over by a trucking company or a forklift prong pierced the box.
