So I wanted to do a review for other parents. I paid $60 for plain leggings. I thought because of the extra cost the material must be really great, thick and durable. That's absolutely not true. I have no idea why they cost $60 for regular skinny leggings then. Parents, do yourself a favor and buy leggings from Primary - you get bright colors and a soft, dense material that does not deteriorate after a single wash. Honestly, these weren't worth it. $60 for Carter's regular quality skinny leggings. Serious.
