High quality filter.

I can definitely say that this is a good filter. Has a lot of weight, unlike some cheaper filters. I have a 2012 Ford F-150 3.5 Ecoboost with over 115,000 miles on it. I use 5 liter synthetic Pennzoil and 1 liter synthetic Lucas, change every 3000 with synthetic Fram oil filter. I don't have any timing chain issues or rattle on start like a lot of other people with Ecoboost engines.
