For Traverse 2015. As you know, this model is slim fitting. The black area is a grippy area so it's easy to toggle on and off. I will use them in the future if I don't have a problem with them lasting long enough between oil changes.

I like to only buy Type 1 oil filters for both cars, also both cars use the same oil 5 liters of synthetic oil plus 1 liter of Marvel Mystery Oil with every oil and filter change. Yes, the Fram 10575 filter fits the Silverado 5.3 perfectly, no problem! Try it, you will see for yourself.

This is the second time. I went through this a few years ago and now it's happening again. thread does not fit. I twirled and twirled, but it just didn't fit. I tried using force but it didn't work. I've checked and gone through Amazon's "Car Fit" feature, but the thread doesn't fit the engine. I hope this works for you.

I love that I can order and receive this filter from Revain in a matter of days for the same or less than any auto parts store and even Walmart. The only downside is that I'm using it on a 2016 F-150 3.5L v6. Revain tells me it's not compatible even though I've been using it for years. Revain should check his system for the best source.

I can definitely say that this is a good filter. Has a lot of weight, unlike some cheaper filters. I have a 2012 Ford F-150 3.5 Ecoboost with over 115,000 miles on it. I use 5 liter synthetic Pennzoil and 1 liter synthetic Lucas, change every 3000 with synthetic Fram oil filter. I don't have any timing chain issues or rattle on start like a lot of other people with Ecoboost engines.
