I have been using Cuisinart kitchen machines for 40 years. I got frustrated trying to find replacement parts for myself and ordered a Braun. Like my other processors, it has continuous and intermittent function, but Braun allows you to control the speed of the blade. I love this feature. You can also remove the blade from the brown and don't have to worry about it leaking out through the center hole. Braun has a different blade mechanism. It's easier to clean and much quieter than my other processors.
