I want the long strap to be wider because the bag can become very heavy due to the amount of things you can put in it and the 2.5cm wide strap in Your bag cuts into shoulder after a few hours walk I totally wanted to love it so I took off a star for breakage The long strap broke when I took it to the museum the first weekend I had it I went with it Loaded tablet, phone, charger and my DSLR.. It was too much and broke after hours of running. :(
