I open the box and the installation instructions are simple and easy to understand. I scan the QR code for setup instructions. He goes to a website that states that the provider no longer uses this customer service website. I go to the url also listed in the installation guide and get the same response. I go to the instructions (which require a magnifying glass because they are in two dot and illegible). It tells me to turn on the device and if it turns on I don't need to download a driver. It turns on, but the screen only flashes red, green, and blue. I download the driver and try to install it. The installation hung and the note says it was aborted. I did a lot of research before purchasing this item hoping I wouldn't have any issues, but it looks like I made a huge mistake. What's the point if I can't even install software (not to mention all the other problems I've had). I'm sending it back as I don't have time to fix such issues. My time is limited and in this day and age it seems like something like this should work.
