Does what it should
Can't say much. It is said that iridium (and possibly platinum as well) should not be pierced as you would damage them. I checked the releases anyway to make sure my releases are correct. Don't want to do two fork swaps, do you? It did a good job. .040 in my case for a 2005 Chevy Silverado 5.3L. I've used NGK Iridiums and Taylor 409 cables, let's see how they hold up. My factory AC Delcos has done 165,000 miles and is still running well. I liked this tool that someone recommended. GearWrench 80546 5/8" x 6" spark plug head
