I worked with them as an active user, to manage my account in order for me not just be able keep up-to date but also have all necessary information at hand when needed - this was very important! No complaints here so far!! The whole team has been responsive whenever we need something done or any info that can help us out during our day jobs (we are medical marijuana patients). They took their time understanding what exactly were looking forward from using parsyl services which helped make sure they delivered everything right off bat without many questions asked later downthe line.- being part patient myself i'm always concerned about keeping track if things get lost/stolen etc..
