This is the easiest holder I've ever used. Simply slide your phone into the holder and lift to remove. It's truly one-handed, as there are no spring-loaded clips or manual adjustments - the phone's weight automatically moves four "arms" to hold the phone securely. No problem with large phones or cases: my OnePlus 7 Pro fits perfectly in an OtterBox, RhinoShield or Spigen case. However, the holder is so small that you'll hardly notice it's not in use, and it doesn't block the air conditioner vent. However, this mount has one major drawback: the mount on the vent becomes unreliable. Everything was fine for the first few months, but then for some reason the air vent started to lose traction. Now, due to the large bumps on the road, the entire installation (mount + phone) often falls on the ground. The problem is that this mount appears to just squeeze the top and bottom of the bleed panel between two plastic jaws and relies mostly on friction to stay in place. The newer designs only have the upper half of the jaw with a sliding hook on the underside. Turning the adjustment ring moves the hook inward until it catches the rear of the vent blade, locking the bracket securely between the leading and trailing edges of the blade. If RTAKO switched to this more secure mounting design I would give it 5 stars.
