I bought a few lights at my local hardware store to try and then bought many more to replace 5 lights in my bathroom and 4 lights in my home office. With these lights you can choose the color temperature and it is amazing to have pure white light instead of the yellow light of traditional recessed lights. These units are very easy to install. Even with the light off, I decided to turn off the switch to be extra careful, and then just removed the old bulb and case. After that, screw part of this lighting kit, connect the adapter to the trim kit, compress the springs and insert it into the cavity of the built-in lamp. I don't think you will be disappointed with this lightweight disguise kit!
