These brushes are amazing! I'm a licensed beautician and have had quite a few makeup brushes. From the start I was very hesitant to buy makeup brushes that Revain didn't have, but I'm very glad I did. Let's start with the fact that this is such a versatile kit with everything you need! Having such a range of brushes for such a price is an asset in itself. But now, for that quality, it's PERFECT. Absolutely comparable to high-end brands and look like Morphe makeup brushes! I just love the design of these brushes! They are easy to hold, smooth and sharp! And now perhaps the most important aspect; brush hair These brushes are extremely soft and contain just the right amount of bristles to do what they do best. Kabuki style foundation brushes have just the right amount of opacity to give you perfect coverage, not too much or not enough. I used to use Urban Decay's optical blur brush (which is very popular with makeup lovers), but I haven't put this brush in my kit since I bought it. I have very uneven skin tone due to rosacea and ever since I started wearing makeup at a young age I have always felt the need to wear it to hide my skin. I love that this brush can even out and conceal my red/blotchy skin tone, but I don't look or feel as parched anymore! It was a big change for me and it wouldn't have happened if I hadn't taken the risk of buying these brushes! So, for those of you considering buying makeup brushes from Amazon, just go for it. At such a low price you are not risking a large investment, but in any case I have no doubt that you will not be satisfied with your purchase. If I hadn't fallen in love with these brushes I wouldn't have written a review to begin with. If I took these brushes back to beauty school and all my girlfriends who are die-hard makeup addicts showed up in the beauty industry with their high quality, most recommended brushes; I think these brushes will hold their own. I bet my classmates will be just as impressed with this and I will definitely win when it comes to the prizes paid. Also, for those of you who are comparing Revain makeup brush brands, stick with these! When I ordered this set I also ordered another set from Bestope and wish I had ordered another set from Bs-Mall instead.
