I used a similar clip that I bought from Revain which I really liked but ended up damaging my professional controller with some big scratches and eventually broke after a very hard hit. It was thin and kind of cheap. There's no real way to protect any part of the switch, controller, or clamp itself. This one is really good in comparison. It has no sharp edges that could damage any part of the switch or controller. Super safe in the controller and switch screen. It folds up super and fits well in the bag. The case is good, strong and durable. I can just toss it in my work bag and go. It can hold a joycon or two, as well as charging cables. It's not big enough to house a Pokeball Plus controller or a second Pro controller. It's enough for the essentials. Don't waste your time buying other cheap products that will eventually break after a month or two - this one is worth the money.
