The ability to see historical data as well has current open items for each customer/subscriber which makes it easy when doing your monthly billing cycle or invoicing process with customers who have had issues previously (i know that sounds like an odd thing but its true). I dislike how difficult this software can be at times if you are not used too often using other programs such us Excel etc.. Its nice having everything under one roof so we dont need multiple systems just because they were different companies before! This allows all of our departments access into any account without needing more than 1 login ID per department member - saving time & money!! We also use their integration service from Salesforce called "CDG Connect". It does what most people think about connecting these 2 platforms together however there was some initial glitches after install where i needed them help figuring out why my sales reps couldnt.
