CD Group Review

The ability to see historical data as well has current open items for each customer/subscriber which makes it easy when doing your monthly billing cycle or invoicing process with customers who have had issues previously (i know that sounds like an odd thing but its true). I dislike how difficult this software can be at times if you are not used too often using other programs such us Excel etc..
