I wouldn't call this set professional but it's a good set. We use a circle server quite often, it's solid, well made and has a good angle to get that tricky first piece. The knife is very handy for slicing a savory pie, the serrated teeth quickly straighten the puff pastry crust without crushing or deforming it. I wouldn't say the kit feels "cheap" but it definitely has a mass-produced feel to it. I don't regret buying it, but every time I see the bright turquoise handle in my utensil drawer (which is what initially drew me to the set) I wince a little, it looks a bit gaudy.
