I like that it allows me to see all of my clients' risk profiles in one place, allowing for easy communication with them as well! It's not intuitive at first; but once you figure out how everything works together (including creating new accounts), this is an excellent tool which can save your organization time & money by reducing paperwork/paper trails while keeping up-to date information about each client within reach when needed most - i'm able improve our service level agreements without having endless stacks or files lying around!
