"about two and a half inches". hardly. This is cheap "plastic" plaster and as you can see from the photo the legs are very thin. The product was "loose" in the box it came in and the leg was broken. The elf was in a bag, and as everyone says, "in a bag," well. so it was with his leg. I seem to have read it elsewhere on here, but maybe not, if not then I'll share it with everyone now: You don't always get what you pay for! The overall thin, cheap design and poor choice of core material make it a dollar shop item. NO MORE THAN $1.
