The product worked for me as expected. I was looking for a replacement for my original laptop charger that was exposed to water during Tropical Storm Harvey and its devastation in my hometown of Houston. The shipping and tracking information was not entirely accurate and reliable, however this was the case for almost everyone affected by the hurricane and despite this the package got to me earlier than expected, carefully packed and protected - also as I expected, very much reasonable expectation. When it arrived I immediately plugged it into my laptop as the battery ran out in a couple of days without a full charge. It worked beautifully like it was the same charger I had before so I'm very happy with this product. The price was less than half the price of a universal charger at an electronics store so once again I couldn't be happier to see that despite the savings I got quality. Overall I am very satisfied and this transaction went very smoothly for me. I definitely recommend this seller to everyone and this product is for those of you who are looking for the exact same charger.
