my goods COUNTERFEIT

I've been using HP toner cartridges for years. The boxes looked just right, except they were noticeably harder to open than the previous ones. But I became suspicious when (a) one of the plastic sleeves didn't need to be "unzipped" to get the cartridge and (b) the yellow cartridge was leaking. In over 25 years of working with HP cartridges I have never seen one. The printer recognized yellow as a fake and neither cyan nor yellow had a full supply of toner. (I haven't changed the purple one yet.) Revane, your supplier cheated you.
