My 5 year old twins went camping a month ago and we were roasting marshmallows around the campfire using a common branch we found and one of my twins who loves food was roasting marshmallows that weren't around the whole time street and he fell into the fire. Without thinking about it, he reached for the fire to pick up marshmallows, slightly burned his little hand and almost fell into the fire! Thank goodness we caught him in time! To make matters worse, he became ill and vomited two days later. It turned out to be from a fungus that was on marshmallow sticks we found on the floor. So I searched the internet and found these mallows and my boys love them! They are very long and retractable, making them safe for campfire roasting. They are made in such a way that the fried food does not simply fall off. Plus, they can be washed, and your loved one won't get sick from that nasty fungus that grows on branches!
