Stays in place and adds weight
I have used this tape on Selkirk Amped Epic Lightweight paddles to get the weight in the mid range. The light weight of the paddle caused my elbow to hurt when playing and it helped. My Epic originally weighed 7.625 ounces and now weighs 8.125 ounces with the lead strap. I haven't used everything. The band is thin for Epic, but Epic has a thick core. I was able to run two parts side by side and still had room for one more. For a regular gauge paddle, this strap is the perfect size. Stays in place and adds weight. Would buy again.
