Review on CHIYAN by James Hardin

My experience of purchasing at the CHIYAN online store did not turn out to be a pleasant one, unfortunately. Although they have an impressive assortment of products, both their customer service and their delivery times leave a lot to be desired. It took a number of attempts before I was able to get a response from their customer support team in regard to the numerous questions I had regarding a product that I was considering purchasing. It took a lot longer than I had anticipated for my order to be fulfilled, and when it did appear, the packaging was broken. To make a bad situation even worse, the products I ordered were of poor quality when they were delivered. They were of a poor quality, and the description on the website did not live up to the expectations that I had formed based on what I read there. Although CHIYAN's prices may be lower than those of its competitors, this advantage does not make up for the aggravation and disappointment caused by the company's subpar customer service and the low quality of its products. From my own particular experience, I cannot say that the CHIYAN online store is one that I would recommend to others.
