Good Sound - Difficult Installation
Purchased for a 2014 Mustang V6. They sound great, but they don't fit. The instructions say to snap and all hangars will fit. However, OEM clamps absolutely do not work as a bridge between counter pipes and these mufflers. The flanges on Pypes pipes are too large and the OEM pipes have a large rib that prevents most other threaded fittings from being used. I took the car to my local muffler shop and had them welded in place, but I would have liked to see a review that gave me that information beforehand. Now they are strong and it sounds like 300 horses were released from the stable at the same time!
