Ordered tan. The package arrived and wasn't the color it was supposed to be, but I trusted them to send what they needed. It has turned black. BLACK! Now my mother's hair is BLACK. And now she's stuck with black hair, forced to use a clarifying shampoo to get rid of this mess. Terrible product to be honest. I will never order again.
