Between sizes (m & l). Got one in each size and here’s the rundown: The large feels more comfortable but the medium also fits well. I prefer the medium bra for cardio days because there is virtually no support for me in the large bra. But I prefer the large set for lifting days. So I don’t think you can really go wrong here.And they’re all proven to be sweat proof by the sweatiest person in your HIIT class (me).
