Our teenage daughter ministered in her driveway and used the garage door or roof to "hop" for her. It worked well but was noisy and annoying. We like it better. She says it's all right. She thinks this is a great idea and useful because she can practice without chasing the ball (or asking her brother or sister to bring the ball for her). Her "disadvantages" were: she was funny to lash out with a belt because she doesn't wear it to the game, and she also sometimes missed the ball and bit her hand on the cord, which was awkward. I'm glad she can practice on her own and I'm grateful it helps keep the noise down.
