Ran smaller than wanted

Had it for a few years now. Exchanged it once got a size bigger and still didn't fit. My tags are still attached to the jacket. Wish I could get my money back. But that's what happens I guess. Live and learn when buying online. My experience is runs smaller so you would measure yourself before buying
