Can't see offspring
I recently purchased an AT&T 436 and it is displaying calls from landlines as it should. However, calls from AT&T cordless phones are not logged, instead "Error Present" or "Line Error" is displayed. Oddly, my other caller ID devices, including my AT&T wall phone, Bell South caller ID, and Panasonic cordless phone, display both cell and landline numbers. Even more interestingly, this caller ID block from AT&T specifically rejects calls from AT&T's own family. Find out! I returned it for a full refund.
