LOVE this sound machine! It's a weird 70's space age and the buttons are a little confusing, but they're all here for a reason (I think) and it has everything I wanted. Sound all night, volume control and easy on/off switching. The clock backlight is on or off. Adjustable night light levels - everything is easy to find and turn on in the dark. The loop for the sound machine bothered me at first - something seemed repetitive but I got used to it pretty quickly. I haven't used the alarm clock yet and I don't know how it works when I use the sound machine all night. But love it! Very glad I bought it. If it was ever reconstructed - I would add a USB port. ;) UPDATE: There were 3 power outages in my area and I had to reset my clock, radio and sound settings! I don't quite understand why I put the battery in. Really - what's the point of a battery! So sad - I thought it was love.
